Manual process step by step:
1. Go to Page Layout and click Columns Under Page Layout then select from the dropdown box Two.
N.B: After completing the 1st column then will start automatically 2nd column.
if you want to write selected portion in word document page. Follow the below steps.
1. Open MS Word Document.
2. Click Insert Tab
3. Under Insert Tab clicks Text box.
4. Create two or more text box as you want.
5. Put down your mouse in the text box and go to Format Tab.
6. Under Format Tab Click Shape Outline and select No outline after that your text box will be removed.
